Change in the management of BlueID GmbH

Following the takeover of all shares of BlueID GmbH by New Spaces GmbH, Alexander Adam was appointed to succeed Philipp Spangenberg as managing director on August 16, 2022.

Alexander Adam (37) has been the shareholder-managing director of LuckyShot GmbH since 2018 and of New Spaces GmbH since 2022. He has worked successfully in the software and technology industry for over 20 years.

He continues to explain his motivation to take over BlueID GmbH.

After a total of 16 years as managing director, Philipp Spangenberg is leaving the company at his own request. Alexander Adam thanks Mr. Spangenberg for his commitment and the successful founding of BlueID GmbH and wishes him all the best for his future.
